Wellness Center/Gym Campaign

The generosity of one anonymous donor, has made the dream of an athletic and multi-purpose facility for St. Augustine Catholic High School,  an emotional reality!   This 18,000 square foot facility opened in November, 2009 and includes the court areas, locker rooms, storage, offices, concession area, kitchen and lobby.  In addition the facility also houses a  weight facility, dance studio and conference room.  The final Phase 2 will provide an expanded lobby, commerical kitchen and fine arts stage area with dressing rooms.  Completion dates for Phase 1A and 2 are TBD.  We’d like to take this opportunity to gratefully acknowledge the donation from “Mr. X” that has enabled St. Augustine to build Phase 1 of the new gym!  Many, many thanks!

Phase II will offer a dance/aerobic studio/wrestling room, weight room and conference room. The addition of a theater is also under consideration. Construction on phase II will begin in 2010-2011.
