Other Information

Teaching at St. Augustine is a real pleasure for Mr. Droegemeier.  He is a retired public school teacher and he has always wanted to have the opportunity to include faith and prayer in a school setting. St. Augustine is definitely a school where mind, body and spirit are strongly emphasized to help the student achieve physically, academically and spiritually.  One of his favorite quotes is by William Newton Clark which says "Faith is the daring of the soul to go farther than it can see."

In addition to a love of teaching, Mr. Drogemeier has been married for 37 years, with three children. He loves to ride his motorcycle, get in a few rounds of golf, bowl and hit the pool three times a week. When he is not teaching you might find him camping or travelling along the coast of Maine. No matter what, Mr. Drogemeier shares this advice with all students "Have a heart, be true to yourself and take time to smell the roses". Indeed.
